Ingredients
5 scoops (Egg sized scoops) vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
6 drops green food coloring
Whipped cream
Maraschino cherry
Directions
In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, heavy cream, peppermint extract, and food coloring.
Blend until completely smooth, then pour into a glass.
Top with whipped cream and a cherry and serve.
