12 Asparagus Sprigs
6 pieces of Prosciutto
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Finely Grated Parmesan
Cut Asparagus sprigs about 1/2" above where the stalk changes color
Cut Prosciutto sheets into halves.
• Lay Asparagus sprigs on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, roll back and forth until completely covered.
• Add salt and pepper to taste.
• Lay out prosciutto pieces on cutting board and sprinkle with fine shredded parmesan
• Wrap each sprig on the diagonal around the center of the sprig.
Grill on low heat for 5 to 6 minutes, turning once with tongs being careful not to unwrap.
