Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

5 oz Evaporated Milk

10 Large marshmallows (or 100 miniature)

1/2 Cup butter

2 Cups sugar

1 Cup chopped walnuts

6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Pour milk, marshmallows and sugar into heavy saucepan

Cook over medium heat and bring to a rolling boil (220 Degrees).

Once at 220 degrees, cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly

Remove from heat and add butter, nuts and chocolate chips

Stir well to combine.

Pour into 8x8" pan, chill, then cut into 1" squares

Notes

Very good.
Let chill very well to get a nice edge on the cuts.
