3 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup of smoky BBQ sauce
1 cup of Ranch Dressing
1 tablespoon of red chili flakes
Salt
Pepper
• In a zip loc bag, place the chicken, BBQ sauce, and ranch dressing. Place in fridge and let marinate for 4 hours
• Pull chicken out 20 min before cooking in order to bring to room temperature
• Season chicken with red chili flakes, salt & pepper.
• Place chicken on grill for 8-10 min. per side or until internal temperature is 165F.
Can add some hickory or apple wood chunks to the grill to smoke a bit during cooking.
