6 slices bacon, crumbled
2 16 oz. cans of baked beans, drained
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup hickory barbecue sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on Low setting for 8 to 12 hours. Can be cooked on high for 3 to 4 hours in a pinch.
The only beans that Jill likes. This is good with diced hot links or added jalapeños too.
Makes about about 1 1/2 quarts
