3/4 C White Sugar
1 C Light Brown Sugar
64 oz Apple Juice
64 oz Apple Cider
1 1/2 C Everclear
10 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Tbsp Mulling Spice Tied off in Coffee Filter
10 Pint Canning Jars, with lids and rings
In the Instant Pot, combine Apple juice, Apple cider, both sugars, cinnamon sticks and Mulling Spices.
Set on sauté mode, let pot heat up stirring occasionally. Once sugars are dissolved, seal lid and pressure cook 45 mins. Allow Natural release.
Once the batch has cooled completely add in the Everclear. USE CAUTION WHEN USING EVER CLEAR. It can be highly flammable. A little in the mixture goes a long way.
Mix in 1/2 C Of rum if desired.
Once the batch is completely cool and mixed you can batch it In the jars, adding the cinnamon sticks one per jar.
Store in a cool dark place.
This can be made as hot spiced Apple Pie cider by leaving out the alcohol and serving hot.
